We have been advised that the MUA will be taking industrial action at all Patrick Terminals across Australia
commencing Friday 4th September 2020.

This industrial action will inevitably cause difficulty for VGL in its wharf transport operations, leading
to delivery delays to you our customers.

It is important to note that while there is targeted industrial action on specific days at the Terminals
(see below) there will be on-going work restrictions that will continue to impact VGL in its wharf
transport operations in the weeks to come.

Friday 4th September 2020

BRISBANE – Operations will cease for 1 hour every day at 0700 hours, 1300 hours and 2300 hours. During
these 1-hour stoppages, vessel operations and non-automated yard operations will be stopped. Other work
restrictions will also occur for an indefinite period.

FREMANTLE – Operations will cease for 24 hours from 0700 hours on Friday 4th September. All terminal
operations will cease during these hours. Other work restrictions will also occur for an indefinite period.

SYDNEY – Operations will cease from 1200 hours for a period of 4 hours. Other work restrictions will also
occur for an indefinite period.

Monday 7th September 2020

MELBOURNE – Operations will cease for 8 hours from 0700 hours on Monday 7th September. All terminal
operations will cease during these hours. Other work restrictions will also occur for an indefinite period.

VISA Global Logistics will make every effort to reduce the impact of this action but unfortunately there may
be delays to some deliveries that are beyond our control.

Thank you for your continued support
